Control Alt. Delete all at same time should get you out.Otherwise it's time to re-format.

If it freezes Im assuming you mean?

Try hitting CTRL ALT and DEL all at once and see if a screen pops up.. it should have a restart and a shutdown option. If you know how to use it, click task manager and try and shut down the certain program that is not responding.

If is stuck and will not respond, don't unlpug it.
Just press the power button for 5-10 seconds. That should shut down an ATX power supply. Then you can turn it back on.

But, something is causing it to get stuck. Check for spyware, virus, hardware conflict (new accessory you added to it.)
Try to get that taken care of.

click alt+ctrl+delete...then find which programms are not responding...click them ..and then click endtask
again u get message asking for end task...click endtask
that will be enough my dear
