There is talk that Sergio may get a title shot against Jermaine Taylor whom he had lost to in Olympic trials, but I think Jermaine may have had too much experience against better fighters. During the contender boxers fought each other depite being better at possible other weight classes and the round limits may have favored one fighter over another so it wouldn't be fair to automatically say Sergio because he won "The Contender" but I am interested to see your predictions.

Yeah i would say the same as the 1st answer, Gomez looked like if anyone could go on and win a title it would be him but obviously at a lower weight. It will be interesting to see that fight your talking about as well, that Latin Snake is slippery and Taylor hasn't exactly looked the quickest mover in his last 3 fights. I'd still take Taylor to win obviously but it will still be interesting to watch.

I seriously adore Mora, Manfredo Jr. and Gomez. Those three exemplify what boxers should be. They have excellent sportsmanship! I can't decide between the three!
