Ceres - in Roman religion and mythology - refers to the goddess of grain. As I grew up in Ceres, South Africa (where fruit juice is produced) I would vote for this name, especially since it implies productivity.
A quick little bit of research seems to suggest that Cereus refers to a cactus plant and Cereos could be lights. So, depending on whether you feel tough or enlightened, you can use either.

I like Ceres Consulting...the Cereus is a cute play on "serious" but I find it somewhat annoying. Ceres is shorter, easier...Cereos lacks the appeal of the "serious" play and doesn't offer any other perks.

I have a consulting business, so I will give you some free council.
Choose a name free of hieroglyphics that is easy to pronounce and gives some flavor of what you do.
I see where you are going with the play on words, but it is
manipulative and will not achieve the desired goal of a positive impression.
I hope you ask again with another group of names. I, for one, am rooting for your success!

In all honesty, I'm not terribly fond of any of those....however....
1) The way "CERES" is spelled, it would be pronounced "Sehr-ess", not "Sear-ess". Not sure if that makes a difference to you.
2) Sounds too much like Cheerios.
3) Sounds too much like you're trying to piggyback on "Sirius Radio".
JMHO.

to be honest, I don’t like any of the 3
ceres could be mistaken for a last name or some other word
cerous, like someone else mentioned sounds like a cereal brand
if you want to play with the word "serious" how about ZERIOUZ, or ZERIOUS ???
a company name should be direct to what you offer and easily understood by clients/customers
try the small business administration web site, they offer tons of help on how to start your own business, I think they have some help on "how to choose your business name",,,
good luck!!!!!
ps if you like and/or choose zeriouz or zerious let me know!!!!
