A few little things that worked for me are:
1. Trim no more than 2 inches of hair at a time (do this about once every 2 months)
2. Make sure have enough calcium in your diet
3. Do not dye your hair
4. Use a hair brush with softer bristles & about once a week, use a comb (to make sure all knots are out)
5. Do not wash hair every day (every other day is ok). I know it sounds nasty, but hair can break when wet.
6. Do not use a blow dryer. This can fry your hair. Use blow dryer ONLY if no other choice (like late for a wedding or work). I try to wash my hair at night or after work & let dry at home.
My hair is down to my butt & I get compliments all the time. You do have to keep up with the small trim every 2 months to keep it looking nice. Once it grows to the length you want, just keep getting you hair cut to that length (even if it is more than 2 inches).

hey,
okay i got my hair cut about two months ago and i would like it to grow because its just a little to short for my likings. its about to my shoulder okay. well one time i read in a magizen it said to brush you're hair whith you're head down. like stand up and tip you're head down. i'm not 100% sure if it works or not but if you want to try it. maybe it will work. Good Luck! :)

I was just asking some friends the other day and they told me to buy that Horse and Mane shampoo they have at Wal mart. I hear it works really good.

It's actually better for your hair if you don't wash it everyday. Your natural oils stimulate growth. Also make sure to condition it well.

Take care of it. Wash it, condition it, brush it, style it every so often and don't put things in it that aren't necessary.
