If it is a standard case, I don't see a problem. I married a Mexican citizen. He came here on a tourist visa and we got married while he was here visiting. We then started the process of doing all the paper work. Its been three years later and he is finally a resident. It cost us around $3,000, we did it ourselves with out the help of an attorney. Its really not hard, as long as you follow all the requirements, which are many. Good luck

Absolutely. You have to show that you're getting married for real reasons rather than just to enter this country. You'll also need to show that you can and will be a decent and valuable member of society (we don't want any more leeches). It isn't your right to get married or your right to immigrate to this country.

It certainly is possible. I am married to an Indonesian girl and went through the process. While we were fine, the final interview was alittle tough and we had to prove our marriage was real.

No-one can deny you the right to get married. Apply for a fiance visa, or just get married in your home country.
