Could be IBS (irritable bowel syndrome). For months, nearly everytime I ate, I just felt sick...sometimes my stomach would cramp up. I finally went to the doctor and he diagnosed me with IBS...gave me a whole list of foods that I shouldn't eat (which, no lie, is almost every kind of food imaginable). Sometimes I could eat a salad and be fine...and sometimes it would kill me. So I decided to continue to eat normally and take my chances. Stress is a major factor though. If it is IBS, limiting stress can help.

try to eat smaller meals spread out during the day, like 4 or 5 meals.

also, try not to do or think stressful things after you eat. do you have a deadline due? think about something else more peaceful.

It could be just because you over ate a little. Also if you lie down right after eating, your food cannot digest properly.

If you feel ill every time you eat, then you may have diabetes. Go to a doctor and have yourself tested for diabetes.
