I love the answer of these people, very optimistic, very romantic. From a personal point of view, love doesn't last forever. Lucky are those couples who found themselves a lifetime partner. But I think what made it last is not love but the couples' "sense of committment" to each other, the way they see marriage and the moral values they have in it. If you do stastics in your country, how many couples have been together for over 50 years and how many have filed a divorce? So I say, true love is elusive... :p

Yeah, take my parents for instance... they'd been married for over 30 years, so that's living proof that love exists.
Although my Dad is no longer with us (God Bless his soul), my mom still pines for him. He'd be dearly missed. Rest in peace.
