Actually

HUMAN SMUGGLING Is A Good Enough Charge

That Is The Law That Sheriff Joe Arpaio
(In Maircopa County Arizona)
Charges ILLEGAL Aliens With Breaking
Before He Sends Em To His Tent City Jail

I Think The Coyotes
Should Be Subject To Sheriff Joes Brand Of Justice

Any Coyote Caught Smuggling Humans Over The Border
Gets Sent To Sheriff Joe

Whaddya Think??

No, they shouldn't be charged as terrorist, but they should be stopped. Do you know of how the coyotes work? There is no guarantee that the illegals will ever make into the states. Alot of the time they just take their money and live them to die, were talking about women, and children as well. The coyotes don't do it just bring people over here to piss off the americans who are so dead set against illegals; they do it for self gain they do it for the DINERO!! They should charged a traffickers or smugglers of humans.

Well lets look at the definition of a terrorist, a terrorist is a person who participates in acts of terrorism........terrorism as defined by Webster.......The unlawful use or threatened use of force or violence by a person or an organized group against people or property with the intention of intimidating or coercing societies or governments, often for ideological or political reasons.

Do these coyotes use force or violence? Are they an organized group against people or property? Are their intentions to intimidate and coerce our society and government? Is it for ideological or political reasons?

Well hell the answer is then simple and clear in my opinion; YES a charge of terrorism would be appropriate in the very least. However; shooting them on site would be most economical for our country and send a clearer message for sure.
This was a great question! I'm all for considering them terrorists and believe they should be treated as such.
It's sad that we are fighting terrorism abroad, spending millions daily when we have so much of it right here on our own soil. They're sneaking in our back door and Daddy's in Iraq.

LOL.

Well, the House hearings recently contained testimony that coyotes had smuggled terrorists across who were later aprehended here. I certainly think those coyotes should be prosecuted as terrorists.

As for the others, no, I think they should be charged as felons for people smuggling, which is quite bad enough.

Coyotes should be charged with a felony for human smuggling. That's what it is, isn't it?

No because they don't smuggle in terrorists. They can be accused of trafficking slave labor. They should be thrown in jail with out ever getting out.
