Under my breath. The occasional "effie" if I'm around someone I'm sure wont be offended. I grew up listening to George Carlin and I still police myself too much! ****. That's about as far as i can get without *****. F**K. It's laughable...its an east coast thang.

I guess I do yeah...and it is a terrible habit......I try to be care ful when my grandson is around....but when I dont have him.....you'd think I had done time on a navy ship or something. If its a really bad day.....I could possibly replace the word "the" with "f**k"......I'm ashamed....no really..I am
