If I could change one thing it would be not to be a doormat that people take advantage of. I have been put down and dumped on all my life and tend to think that everyone is better than am. If I could change that I would have loads of confidence and faith in myself, but unfortunately I don't.

There are so many things! So i work on them one by one, until that thing is no longer a negative in my life, something holding me back, but the opposite. That thing becomes something I am good at and a positive in my life. But it doesnt stop there, because without maintance it can slip back into old ways.

I'd be stronger,and more organised, and find a way to change a few things I said when I was a kid.
The rest is really good..

Not being born in the U.S. I think, irrespective of the wars in the last century, there were in fact a number of other countries that managed to remain neutral.
One can't instruct ones' forebears but one can assess things irrespective of hindsight. Political analysts do that. Look backward!
