Scabies mite...especially if they are so itchy at night..you can't hardly sleep.Kwell lotion is advisable. you have to apply this before bedtime. Then be sure to have your beddings/ clothes washed in hot water.This will kill all other mites present. Hope this helps. God bless!

Sounds Like Scabies to me. If this is something you think you have try calamine lotion at first and if this doesn't help see advice from a doctor.
