It's "Donde esta el bano?" A bunch of people have been writing "estas" instead of "esta," but "estas" means "you are." "Donde estas?" means "where are you?" "Esta" means "he, she or it is," so you'd use that to talk about the bathroom. Of course, if you used "estas" you'd probably be understood, but you'd still be wrong, like if someone here asked "Where are the bathroom?"

If you don't understand Spanish, don't ask that in Spanish. Use English.
I was given shi*pot full of instructions. When I finally ask enough people, >from my starting point, it was straight ahead, turn left, go up the stairs, turn right, straight ahead..
I never do that anymore.
