I ate a mix of black beans and tomatoes and raw cauliflower and broccoli.

its very healthy and tomatoes,broccoli,and cauliflower are good for the eyes beans are great for protein

Yep. It may give you gas, but that is not "unhealthy". However just eating just those things and no others will not give you all the nutrition you need to stay healthy. Do put some protein in your diet. If you are vegetarian, that would be soy beans or tofu. Even though black beans contain protein, it might not be enough (approximately 3 oz per meal for a not physically active female).

You may want to check out some of the diet books listed in the library link on www.hufa.org for food lists of "healthy" foods.

Black beans - Protein, tomatoes, raw cauliflower and broccoli are good.. eat more brocolli then the rest (greens are very good for you)
