Family for certain. My husband comes first, then my siblings and other relatives and then friends. Family is always there for you, no matter what, where as friends sometimes can't be or aren't.

Your family, no question. Your friends leave, they betray you or they die. You can never count on any friend, no matter how close, like you can count on family. So, family is more important, but you need both.
