There have been gold coins minted since the 7th century BC, but of course none were dated BC. However, there are dated ancient coins, but the date is not like it is today. The dates were Regnal Years, which means how many years had the king reigned. Since we can piece together riegns, this gives us an accurate date the coin was made, it is just not in the same form as today. So, if the archeologist found some gold coins that HE can date to 25 BC, that is very likely. If he said it was stamped 25 BC on them, of course it is false.

No, since there waas no "BC" in BC times. Before Crist and Amino Domini weren't estableshed until later. And besides, how would they date coins?! With berry juice?

No, of course not. When people lived in B.C, they didn't know it was B.C. They didn't know Christ was going to be born in a certain year!

they had a different kind of calendar then.
it's only the gregorian calendar i think that contains the B. C.
that arcaeologist is a phony.
And Christ was not born then, so there could never be a B. C.
