I'm dieting now and I know that with every one it's different 50 pounds in a month if you find out that plz let me know (lol) but what i started doing was cutting back on eating out drinking as much water as I can stand. I count my calories as well. I try not to consume over 1000 a day I know some people say that this is unhealthy but i don't care about that at this point I'm trying to train my body to not crave or desire food. i went through a bad relationship I ate. i got depressed I ate I was bored i ate and before i knew it i had put on over 80 pounds wrong answer. This weight must come off. and by any means. Don't get me wrong I will not starve my self or anything like that but if I have to sub. a meal for a slim fast then that is what i will do. people have their opinions but their not fat or obese as society states. They don't get made fun of. Now I do think loosing fifty pounds in a month is a little out there but just try cutting back and doing some exercise I lost 10 pounds in four days and I don't care if people say this is water weight it's a start and it's keeping me motivated....Sorry so long(lol)

If you are still breastfeeding, youll have to be carefull so that you are accounting for milk making. Often women who have a hard time losing weight after a baby because of a slowed metabolism. losing 50 pounds in a month is not a reasonalbe goal. forget that right now. it wont work and the effort will leave you physically harmed and it will slow your metabolism even more. you shoul look at why you feel this type of loss needs to happen in amonth. even if you lost it that quickly, you would probably gain it back and then some. a womans body is smart. if you starve it, it will adjust the metabolism to reflect that it knows its starving. any fat you have will be conserved. try not to loose more than 1-2 pounds per week, dringk tons of water, take a multi vitamin. also, watermelon is great for getting rid of ecess fluid in the tissues. get regular exercise and eat at least 1500 cal a day. you need to be healthy for your baby, and a drastic loss like that will leave you unable to do that as well. good luck and take care of yourself

You can't lose 50 lbs in a month.

You need to get out with the stroller and walk.
I don't know your situation...are you a stay at home mom or a working mom?
Stay at home mom - Your baby will love being out in the stroller discovering new things and places...and its free. Get out walking for a good 2 hours in the morning and 1 more hour after the afternoon nap.
Working mom - If the sitter/daycare is close to home take the time to walk there and home before getting into the car for work. You may have to wake up earlier but the payoff will be worth it. It is also a great time to put your thoughts in order.

I think you should go shopping and find a new outfit that will look slimming. Sometimes what we wear makes us look bigger than what we are.

Well, one thing I don't think it is healthy to loose that kind of weight in a 6 mth period let alone 1 month. It will take a little time just be patient. You will loose it. Just when you get up in the mornings go for a walk before anyone is up for the day, then eat a sensible breakfast... eat fruit for snacks...grilled foods for lunch and dinner and eat before 6 oclock and nothing but a diet snack if you get hungry before bedtime...and after dinner go for another walk take the baby for a stroll and make this a routine and you will see how much better you will feel, the baby is happy, and you will loose some weight! GOODLUCK!!!
congrats on the bundle of love!!!

Take the baby to the park or some place each day and walk for 30 min., either push in a stroller, or carry baby in a carrier staped to You ( this will allow you to spend time with baby and lose even more weight , because you are carring his/her weight as well; dont forget to keep baby covered from the sun though) also limit your carb in take down to 200 mg a day for a while ( unless you are breast feeding). Good Luck! plus it is to dangerous to lose 50 lbs in a month, it is best to not lose more than 12 lbs a month.

It is impossible to loose 50 pounds in a month. You should lose about 1.50pounds a week. If you just watch what you eat and get some exercise you should be able to do this. If you are breast feeding it will be even easier. Good luck.

I know what you are saying, im still tryin to loose my weight from having my children, i have tried everything, but with me working its hard for me, but the best thing is to try walking, put the baby in the stroller and go walking, it is good for you and he/she will enjoy it as well. eat health stuff, yogert, total ceral or oatmeal, bake or broil your food it reduces the fat and grease, sit ups, you could also find a gym that would include your baby in the exercise, they now have some classes that includes playing with your child that can also help loose the weight gained after pregnancy. i have been working on this for 12 years i have lost some but, walking is one of the best ways to do it and a fast way to loose weight. hope this helps and gives you some ideals.

there are many things you can do.... first I would suggest eating right... I know that new mothers don't have time to sleep let alone eat right... So, having said that... you can do light snacks and dinners.... baked chicken, tomatoes/cucumbers/gr peppers.. in Italian dressing. Rice cakes, you can make your dinners for two days and then freeze them. Cold cut sandwiches, NO cheese, no mayo, light mustard or honey mustard, no chips... choose a side of veggies...

Try to eat two meals a day... not big meals, not small meals.. but nice meals... maybe morning and lunch.. then do something light for dinner.

Make everything you do an exercise... carrying the car seat, picking things up.. .take the stairs... do squats... get leg weights... walk fast don't stroll.... Just stay active and watch what you eat!

Good Luck sweetie....

Healthy diet, Don't eat sweets and too salty food. Breast feed your baby and do some hiking with your baby at least 1 hour a day. Dinner time should be 6:00 and put a sexy poster in your room. Always look at the poster before you go out from your room and say I want to be like her. Good luck

whew thats a HUGE goal.. but its obtainable.. anything is. Okay so basically start watching what you eat.. go to a health food store ie; wild oats, whole foods, etc. Also, start watching what goes into your foods, Fat, Sodium, Calories, also Protein and Sugar.
Pick foods with more protein and you can even get protein shakes, they are very good because they have much protein, like 20g for like 2g of sugar or less.
A good brand is Designer Whey Protein.
Alright, so you watch your protein and eat a lot of it because it helps to build muscle and burn fat. You watch your calories because if you look it up on the internet they have websites that say how many calories you burn for different excersizes. ALL that you have to do is, burn more calories then you eat.. like if you take in 1500.. burn 3000. Try to make your workout like an hour a day, always with cardio (swimming, riding bike, speed walking, jogging, or what i do is go to my ymca and work on a machine that is sort of like running but it shows how many calories you burn, and its easier on your joints.
If you keep that up, every day, for a month, i guarantee you will lose weight, you will feel better, you will LOOK better, and you will feel better about yourself.
Any more questions just message me. :)
