i want to talk about how to help me get strong in two exercices. 1. press-ups, the muscles you use in my upper arms are realy weak how do i improve them when i have no weights.2. the one where you lay on your back and sit up at a 10 degree angle with your elbo dug into the floor, your hands by your but. and raise your legs about 20 cm from the floor.i stink at that one please help.

find a bar and do pull-ups
put two chairs face to face far enough apart you can put your heels on one and grab the other behind you. Site holding your weight up and dip down bending your arms as far as you can, push back up and repeat 50 or 60 times in sets of ten
2
leg lifts will get easier the more you do
add some sit ups

DOING them is what you got to do. You'll only get "strong" in them by daily repetition. Keep it up and best wishes,
