You should just be honest with her.

As much as you hate it, she is your cousin, so you should hang out with her at least some of the time, and when you do hang out with her try to plan something that might be more fun for both of you. If you feel like she calls and wants to hang out to much, just tell her that you don't really feel like hanging out that day, or possibly reschedual, but be nice the whole time. Whatever you do, she's still your cousin and she's not going to disapear, so make the best of things.

Dont be so sensitive. You cousin will know that she is boring when you refuse her a few times. Do not say anything, and do not be directly honest with her by saying you don't want to hang out with her. It is bad, and hurts her feelings.

If you see her, talk with friendly as part of family, and find any reason not to hang with her. shew will know you and she can not be friends, but still be good cousins.

You created this mess because you were not honest with yourself. Family is family, you can't choose them. If you do not want to hang with your cousin all of the time, I can understand, but at least once a month you should just to be inclusive of family. When she contacts you outside of that monthly visit, tell her you do not wish to be involved. Be truthful without having to be distateful. Examples, "I'd rather not go." "No, thank you." "Sorry, but I don't want to." See how you can be honest without being cruel?

Here's what you do... set up a date in the future when you are willing to do something on your terms. Say, a month from now. By scheduling something in advance, hopefully the last-minute "lets hang out" calls will stop.

you should do what u think is rite. if u think that bailing out on ur cousin is cool and u wont feel guilty, then do that. or if u think that family comes first, then call her. maybe u'll see that u will start liking her. if u dont, then gently tell her that you can her dont have that much in common. be as kind as u can be.
overall, just follow what ur heart says. i mean, she is ur cousin, and u cant replace family.

Call her up and tell her you are not in the mood to hang out now, than dedicate a time in your mind that you will go out with her just for her sake and , then you call her to take her out, she will be happy you called her and you will be ready and in the mood.

If you are having some issues with why you dont want to chill with her then you should be honest and tell her. Maybe she can correct those things about herself and you will want to hang with her. My motto is honesty even though it can hurt feelings sometimes.
