perhaps depends that or she's worried your going to go up and talk to her..
or she could be nervous.. just depends on lots of other little things

Depends on the type of woman she is. Most of the time yes. WEll mostly yes. she could have a crush but coming on too strong, or anything at this point could help her decide if she does or doesn't like you.

I would say yes...something similar happened to me...but, I finally got the nerve to start talking to him 'cause the guy was just as shy...he never asked me out...I feel that it is up to the guy to ask the girl out...and he stopped showing up right after that. let her know your intentions up front...is this just a friendship, or do you want it to become a full relationship?

She's shy, and she likes you a lot. She just doesn't want to screw it up by saying or doing something stupid or embarrassing. You continue to make the right moves, and she'll open up like a ripe banana!
