There's no secret to success in living a healthy lifestyle and losing unwanted fat. Stick to the basics; create a healthy habit of eating, exercise, and supplementation (multivitamins), and the results will follow.
I stay trim by exercising for 30 minutes 6 days every week doing push-ups, stretching, pull-ups, crunches, jogging, and swimming.. I eat 5-6 meals every day, and take a quality multivitamin called Double X. I believe the same would work for you as it has for me.
