I bought a Sony DVD surround sound system which included the DVD player and all of the speakers. For about the first half hour it's on, it will work fine, but then a crackling noise starts up along with some static noises and it gets worse the longer you leave it on. I've had it for almost two years now... help!

Sounds like you play you speakers to loud and they are distorting, or they have been driven to levels that have damaged them permamently
But if they will play loud in the first half hour without distorting, then something may be amiss with your amp in your surround sound system.
Your amp is playing too loud and driven to distortion levels.
Speakers can deteriorate over time, especially if exposed to direct sunlight, sometimes the insulation around your speaker rots, and this will also cause your crackilng sound, but you should hear this all the time , especially at loud levels.
Here again lower your volume and see if this helps.

That happens when the volume is up too loud for the speakers to handle or the speakers are basically dying or both. You should check into getting new speakers.

you want a clear out to end the humming and the antenna challenge is a foul deploy and that they could desire to have addressed this I genuinely have carried out many installs I genuinely have by no potential had no radio stations whilst i replace into carried out and likely I genuinely have had the humming get a clear out and get a extra desirable installer
