You need one thing. Will power. Will power to say no, and find an alternative. Sugar is a killer, sweetie! it will kill your skin, your figure and your internal organs. And by the way, if you keep eating, no diet or "system" can help you lose weight, no matter what the hype.
You can stop te cravings by trying out fruits, learn to develop a taste for citrus type fruits like oranges, kiwis and for unsweetened juices and drinks----I personally like Gatorade with an extra lime in it. Good luck and God be with you.

It might also help to keep a food diary (not necessarily a calorie counter!). Just write done what you eat, when you eat and how you feel when you eat it. You can find out if you have any habits that lead to eating sweets and you can track your progress in trying to eat healthier! Good luck! I have the same problem so I'm trying to keep a food diary too!

fruits are natures candy.
try making them yours.
Or try buying low-cal treats if you still need them. I buy ice cream sandwiches that are big and only 130 calories instead of the usual 300-450 calories. And they taste just the same.
