Is Looking Hideous a Good Reason to Suicide?

Like, if you get constant stares and teases?

There is really no good reason to commit suicide. Suicide is a very selfish and mean thing to do. When you kill yourself, you hurt all the people closest to you. People blame themselves, second-guess themselves, and many never get over it.

Outward appearance is such a trivial matter. It is merely the "wrapping" for the person. The person is comprised of the personality - kindness, sense of humor, intelligence, compassion, etc. Your body and your face are just the box you put those things in. Would you rather get a really cool present in an unattractive box for Christmas, or something lame and worthless wrapped up in fancy packaging?

If you, or someone you know, feels grossly unattractive and there's nothing you can do to make that better, consider working on what's inside. Beauty fades, and people get accustomed to seeing it so it stops mattering. Inner beauty is always there.

I would have to say that there is no good reason for suicide, looks especially. Everyone has their own opinion about self-image and "how" people should look and "why" it is important for them to look a certain away. What someone make think is hideous, someone else may think that person looks fine. It's a matter of opinion and what's really important is gaining self-confidence so that when people stare and/or tease, you no longer care because you've learned to love yourself and know that you're important and they're not!

No, i do not. because existence is a good ingredient that receives better (I promise, it does). fat- you could always shed pounds. what's your height and weight? I guess you're not from now on even that fat. pimples- what youngster doesn't have pimples? bypass to a dermatologist, or attempt out some pimples creams. Stretch marks- All females have 'em. they look a reality of existence. darkish marks underarms- i have considered human beings on YouTube placed organic treatments for this actual. you should attempt them out. There quite isn't any definition of elegance. what's proper to at least one individual is purely okay to a special. only shallow human beings base human beings thoroughly off seems. so that you do not have each and every reason to end your existence. you need to be happy you're alive and healthful. Your issues are superficial and easy to fix. believe me. keep your head up female :)

As you get older the tormenting stops. It is unfortunate that people are so cruel. What goes around comes around.
No one is truly hideous.
Help your friend feel better about herself. Take her out for a little beauty/make over session. That will make anyone feel confident and great.
She also needs someone to talk to about these feelings.

I don't think there is ever a good reason for suicide. Those who stare and tease are more uncomfortable with themselves than anyone else. They are typically narrow-minded and judgmental. Be better than they are and love yourself for who you are and how God made you.

Of course not.
Suicide is due to mental illness,depression,etc.
I know a woman who committed suicide 2 yrs. ago--she was physically very beautiful,even was a model for awhile.
I also know a guy in a wheel chair who is deformed from an accident,and one of the friendliest,cheeriest individuals that I know.

NO! No one should take the life that God and their mother gave them. You have to love an respect yourself before anyone else can love and respect you. My mother taught me that people can say what ever they want to about me as long as they don't put their hands on me. Some people are going to be negative, that's just in their nature to be mean and evil. Don't let their negativity get you down, that's what you tell the person whom you are referring to.

no way.if u are confident enough n carry urself good then it dosent matter how u look.but if u get an inferiority complex then one may feel so.but suicide is definitely not an option to end ur probs.

NO!!! God made us look the way we do for reasons. We are each special in different ways ...WE have to love ourselves... It is never a "GOOD" reason to want to die. NEVER! Need to seek professional help if this person is threatening to do so. Depression ... Good Luck!!!
