its easy... walk 45 minutes in morning... and 45 minutes in evening before dinner... do a brisk walk. Eat healthy and just one byte less than you want. You will see the difference yourself. Ive tried it.. and it works

I have heard that losing more than 2 pounds per week is usually too much weight. Of course I'm not a diet expert. This is just something I thought I've heard from shows about diet and nutrition.
My opinion is that 10 pounds in 20 days is a little much. You could try for 5 pounds in 20 days. The things I can think to do are: cut out sugary junk (like candy, soda, kool-aid, etc), don't eat at night, drink enough water, cut out some meat, and eat more veggies. Along with that get in the recommended exercise (I think it's about 20 min. a day at least 3 days a week). If you start feeling faint when you exercise, you're overdoing it and need to stop. (Sometimes that faint feeling comes from not eating enough. In that case, you'd need to eat something healthy to feel better). Be careful not to overdo it. And, good luck!

cant do it. Even if you starved yourself your body would go into starvation mode and hoard all your fat cells. You shuld only lose 2-3 lbs. a week according to my dr. Start a food journal. Write down everything you eat. Stay between 20-30 total fat grams for women 30-40 for men. Exercise 30 min. a day. No diet pill works cause you still hve to eat right and exercise anyways. I lost 100 lbs. and completely formed new eating habits so now I never even think twice..i know how to eat right. And, by eating low fat you can still have all food groups. You just eat lower fat, ..white meats, pasta. bread, salad, light done right dressing, low fat or no fat milk, Promise fat free butter, veggies, fruit, etc. So, if you do it right and dont waste all your grams eating fast food once in the day, you will find yourself able to eat 3 meals a day and snack all between without going over. By keeping the journal, you learn these things. It means measuring out servings for awhile..but you have to do that to learn how big a serving is. And its not forever...pretty soon youll just know. Not only that but you will lower your blood pressure, cholesterol, decrease your risk of diseases, etc. And youll soon feel better abour yourself and hve more energy.

hmm...thats not a lot of time. The safe way to do it is a healthy diet and exercise, but I dont know if you'll shed 10 in less than 3 weeks. Depending on how much you weigh now, 5-7 might be more realistic. However, I'm not a fitness guru, thats about the time it's taken me to lose weight in the past.

To lose weight, eat more or less 700 calories a day and never after 5:30 p.m. To maintain your weight, find the calories you can consume daily by just multiplying the weight you want to be by 10 if you're inactive, 12 if you're moderately active and 14 if you're very active.

It's enough time to lose in twenty days. I lost 13 pounds in seven days. Eat small 3 course meals in each day, and jog about 2 miles, but do about 130 sit ups per day before you go to sleep.

A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore

that is way too much to lose in such a short period of time. to do so would be very unhealthy.
if you want to lose weight quickly while staying healthy, so plenty of cardio excersizes, and eat healthy foods

I lost 5Lbs a week by only eating fish,a few fruits and veggies, I think you can do it. Good luck.
