Companies do not file Chapter 13, they file Chapter 11.

It depends less on the state you are in and more upon the set up of the company i.e. public, private, proprietary, etc. and how they file their taxes, report earnings, etc.

The State Assessors office (possibly) or the Chamber of Commerce are good places to start.

try the pacer system. you have to pay a dime for every sheet you print. pacer.org. Bankruptcy is a matter of pubic record. Persons file either a 7 or a 13 companies a chapter 11

Depends what state your in....go on your states website you should be able to find something there. Hint: state assessors office if what your looking for.
