It sounds like a good deal, provided you have the money/time/resources to bring it back to life properly. Ensure the body & chassis are relatively sound. You should be able to find replacement parts fairly easily for this vehicle.
A few resources for parts are

Get the VIN from the seller & run it at http://www.stockmopar.com/mopar-vin-decoder.php
to see if it really is an authentic RR & was equipped with a 440. This link will explain how to decode the VIN

If possible, ask for the Fender Tag Codes & run them at
http://www.stockmopar.com/mopar-fender-tag-decoder.php
This will give you pertinent information about how the car was equipped & optioned.

For more resources as far as engine casting numbers, etc. go to

Good luck!

check the Vin Numbers
This is not bad at all for a 1970 with a 440. How is the body? What do you mean the Unibody has to be replaced? The BODY IS the uni BODY. If the Unibody has to be replaced, then you need another Road Runner bud. Interior - that is normal - it is a 1970 non-restored. This will be en expensive project, but in my opinion more than worth it.

If you do have matching numbers on the block, fender, and dashboard, that is a steal. Of course, if it is a Road Runner.

Even if it is a Satelite (1970 - 1973 Satelite bodies, 1968 - 1969 Belvedere body), and it is in good shape, it would still be better than the new Joke, I mean Charger.

If it is an original road runner, yes, if it runs ! It may cost several dollars to restore it, but, would fetch a mint if all the numbers match.
