i really recommend yahoo chat its easy to sign up to and free, its also fun to use. its set up like a ship with a captain and you work your way up the ranks according the length of time chatting earning rewards such as different emoticons to use etc . Give it go your sure to make friends !

this yahoo answers seems to be a good way to start - or yahoo messenger or MSN messenger - though you need to know e-mail addresses to do that - if you do find any good ones thou, feel free to share!!!!
