Torani makes yummy white chocolate sauce, but there are a lot of brands out there. Just ask down at your local shop-they'll sell you a bottle but it will cost you a little bit, because those big jugs are kinda spendy. Put the sauce-about two ounces should be good for an average 16 oz. drink- in a cup or drink shaker, we use those metal cocktail shakers at work because it chills the drink. Make sure you pour the espresso shots right in and stir so you get the chocolate melted...then add milk to cool it, and pour it over ice. If you have two mixers, so much the better, you can shake and pour the iced drink back and forth a bit to get it really cold and well blended. Top it with whipped cream if you must-90% of the population seems to have evolved into thinking coffee is undrinkable without it, lol! Enjoy...

YES! I love this...cannot believe I found this! This is what I use.....
1) Soy Milk, watered down a bit or powdered milk, you I said it...it is an unsung amazing way to make different flavored drinks like YooHoo's Knock Offs and the Strawberry form as well....You can as well use POWDERED SOY MILK...more latitude there.
2)Use Bakers Powdered Cocoa, or Kahlua for a Bit o' Bite, heck Vodka now is a good idea....BUT just a bit...then a touch of instant Hazelnut Coffee...OR Vanilla Roast....to add "That very thing" to heighten it..then the spice of your choice... I recommend Cinnamon..the whipped cream(also at the bottom..as it makes the drink sweet to the bottom....add only a BIT of the sugar of your choice if you like...and then, (get this) it is ALL ambience...the finest glass yo uhave a Tumbler of glass, NOT plastic...for it instantly changes with the taste of coffee acids and Vodka...and taste plastic....THAT you do NOT want. I recommend that you make enough for 4 glasses of this and have it in your fridge.....NOW add a cherry on top, after splitting and going around the RIM of the glass...so each time you sip it, you are layering your taste buds with a plethora of myriad wonderfulnesses..i.e. you now have one hell of a drink!
*Did I give away a Million Dollar Secret here? hmmmmmmmmm*
3)Now invite me over so we can toast to each other and play Monopoly...I NEVER cheat at Monopoly.....and I will promise to make the second batch!
Oh...in a pinch..use Swiss Miss Powdered packet mix~if you must, then use Nestles Quick....The Bakers Powder Will need to be sweetened...now it is your call. Well what do you think? I know this looks like a LOT to do but it is really very easy and fasssssssssssst!!!!

George, now I am craving this.....damn. Oh well am going to the Market soon anyway!*Deadly Seriously Great Summer Drink!*

I would brew the coffee, then let it sit in the refrigerator until it's cold. I'd then put the coffee in a cup and add a little sugar and some chocolate syrup to taste. Sprinkle with the cappuccino mix until it tastes good. Pour the whole mix over a glass of ice. Yum, sounds great!

1 1/2 cups coffee (frozen into ice cubes)
2 cups skim milk
1/4 cup fat free chocolate syrup
1/4 cup white sugar

Freeze coffee into cubes. (I like to keep an ice cube tray filled with leftover coffee in my freezer just for this purpose.).

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses and enjoy!

~Pour about 1-2 ounces (tablespoons) of white chocolate syrup in a cup/glass. You can also use 1-2 tbsp of white chocolate chips if you cannot get syrup

~Pull your espresso shots (as many as you like) and pour them on top of the white chocolate. Swirl the cup to melt down the syrpu or chips. If you need to, stir VERY GENTLY with a spoon (espresso is quite delicate and vigorous stirring to 'naked' espresso could make the shots taste yucky).

~Pour in a bit of milk (any kind) to cool the whole thing down. Pour ice on top of that, and top off with more milk if needed.

Voila!!!

Sorry but I don't drink coffee. I haven't drank coffee for about 40 years. I know you could buy a machine to do the work for you.
