There are a lot of loose women, but there are a lot of great, conservative, respectable women too. You just won't find many at bars, clubs, casinos, etc. You have to look in the right places.
As for your question, there are many loose girls because society, fashion magazines and Hollywood are telling them subliminally that they have to let go of all their morals to get attention from men. They have low self-esteem and that is how they understand they have to get attention. What they don't realize is that the attention they are getting is from all the wrong guys. The women who realize this is wrong, don't do it. Again, you won't find conservative women wearing slutty clothes or walking up to you asking you for a date. You may not even notice them because they have a quiet, distinguished confidence that the other girls don't have.
I guess I could reverse the question and say: why do guys give loose women so much attention? But it is not all guys, just the disrespectful, controlling guys that can't get a hold of their hormonal impulses. The teenagers-for-life that think it is OK to think of women as objects and don't know a real woman when they see one.

Why the hell does every woman have to fit that dam bullsh*t society mode of what a woman should be like? Women have evolved, sexually, politically and beyond. A woman can be lady like and a 'loose' woman at the same time and should still be respected. I have a college deegree, own my own home, have been through a divorce, raised 4 sons by myself and work for a world famous college university and if I decide to be a 'loose' woman, should I not be respected? I can get my freak on and not feel guilty or loose or anything more than the intelligent, strong, prideful woman that I am. I'm not that experienced with some of the wildness your probably referring to but I'm not against any of it, and I wouldn't label any woman who did fit the mode your referring to. Get a grip and realize woman are here to stay and we're going to do it our way. Take your labels and shove it up your asss.

Same reason why so many men are loose. Because its something they enjoy and want to do. Remember there are plenty of girls that are not.

The adult people of their lives allow them to be loose. They have not been taught about being a respectable lady. Or maybe the have no adult figure to look or talk to.

Because men are such horn dogs girls have to be or guys wouldn't date any of them! I don't agree with all out sluts but giving it up to someone you are dating is different (age depending). And honestly...how many virgins have YOU dated? Hmmm? Men don't appreciate or respect girls for that either!

They are trying to find affection in all the wrong places. They take what they can get to try to feel satisfied, but it never gets them anywhere. They have given up on the "white knight" to save them. They have been abused. They grew up seeing women as sex objects in the media. They like sex. They think that is what is expected of them. They don't value themselves. Or they just like sex.

not really true, we could say the same about guys, but theres always that difference between the 2, a guy and girl can be the same way and have the same number of partners, but a girl is easy and a guy is lucky........go figure......just life.........not that i agree, but thats the way it is

It is not that they are "loose" it is that you fear commitment are looking for girls with "active" pasts.
