How do you approach him after you have told him numerous times that he needed to get out of the relationship? Do you tell him to fight fire with fire? Or should i tell him or even try to help him work things out with the person......please help

XXXXXXXXXX A relationship is sort of like an addiction. Trying to get someone out of a bad relationship is like trying to get them off drugs. Just telling them how bad it is for them doesn't work. Like a drug they have to hit rock bottom to finally see how this is ruining their life. He knows how you feel about the relationship. And telling him the same thing over and over is useless because he's not hearing your words anymore. I mean they are going in one ear and out the other. Fighting fire with fire only creates more tention in his relationship and will give him more to regret later. The best thing for him to do, and you may not agree, is to "kill her with kindness". That is the only way he will see what a fool he is and realize she is the wrong person for him. The hardest thing for you to do is to sit back and watch him struggle but right now it's the best thing for you to do. Us moms call it "Tough love". Let him know you are there for him. Stop saying the negative words against his partner. (He already knows) and just be there for him. Trust me, in the end, he will find solace without her. But his heart has to feel it not just his head. Good luck hun and thanks for being a good friend. We all can use someone like you. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

I don't think you should say anything. I mean if you already told this person then it up to that person to stay or leave the relationship

Depends on the circumstances, if the relationship is unhealthy then help him get out of it. Good luck to you :-)

Sometimes you just have to let people find out stuff on their own. I know it's hard but if you've told them, and they haven't broken it off, you've done all you can do.

its a hard thing to deal with sometimes, but the question is is he happy? if he is happy it is his life and you should let him live and learn. if he doesnt want to get out of it then let him find out for himself.
