When limewire will on ur taskbar, right click on it and click on 'Restore'!

You can give try on this, or check ur firewall! You can disable ur firewall for some moments and check your limewire work or not!

Go into Tools/options (or whatever is similar, doing this from memory), and there will be all kinds of settings, like how many upload slots you will allow, how much bandwidth to allow uploaders, what filetypes you want to share, what folders you want to share, etc. Its pretty simple.

Your firewall is probably blocking it.
