There is probably about twenty-or-so women playing in the English Womens Premiership who have natural talent, and could play at a League One / Championship level, but i think physically most of them would struggle, and i would agree that Conference level is about right.
(P.S - I'm not a hater of womens football at all, ive seen Arsenal ladies a few times and they can play some better football than the mens reserves sometimes!)

They might just make it into the Conference, but they'd always be looking over their shoulders trying to avoid the drop back down into the Conference North / Conference South.

erm, being serious, i doubt whether they'd make the conference. They dont have the same speed or power as men. This doesn't mean i hate womens football though, just giving my opinion

i think some of them girls from arsenal would do well in the championship only afew tho most would be down league 2 or conference

I love womensoccer and mensoccer and i say it its the best to hold it apart
look to the tennis for example you never see henin playing agianst nadal
