What feels comfortable to you? That's is where you should go. I used to wrestle. I started at 13, I was 5'3" but shot up in height, at 17 I was (and still am) 6'0". At 5'4" I weighted 110. At 19 I was 190. My point is, is to be comfortable with your body at this stage. You will change so much that you shouldn't try to hit a weight mark. I would suggest (depending on your weight) dropping enough weight, to make you the biggest in that division, in small weights, it's not much weight to go down to. If you think about it, Middleweight and Jr. Middleweight are 6 pounds seperated.

Your "boxing class" depends on your actual weight. There is no formula for height.

Probably no heavier than middleweight at 13. Beyond that, and you're defenitly out of your zone.
