We have a good National brand 10-cup rice cooker which is digital/computerized (with fuzzy logic???) and allows you to select what type of rice (white, sushi, brown) and can also do other things (steam, make soup, etc). Brown rice takes quite a long time to cook, like 2 hours, so make sure you leave enough time. Our cooker has an auto timer too, so we can set it to be done at the time we want to eat. But you can't leave brown rice in the warming mode!
It came with a steamer tray, a scoop/cup, and the removable bowl has water markings for each type of rice/food so you can't go wrong. All the parts come apart so it makes for easy cleaning.
We got it at the local 99 Ranch Market store (sometimes called Ranch 99) for about $200. If you're in CA, you'll find a store close to you, otherwise a large Asian market near you will have them. You can try online too. Great investment, we use it for everything!

This doesn't quite answer your question, but do you have Trader Joe's near you? They make great microwavable packets of yummy brown rice, which I use when I'm in a hurry. (I don't eat white rice either.) They serve 2 people.
Any cheapo rice steamer will work with brown rice, just be careful to follow the directions. I think I bought an inexpensive ($25) Japanese version when I was in California once.

any rice cooker should work
I've used my little cheapo don't remember the brand rice cooker for brown rice and wild rice and they both turned out perfect. As long as you follow the directions for the cooker and rice, it should turn out perfect every time.

Why buy a one use appliance? Brown rice can be done fine in a saucepan.
