i have had religious scholars debunk the fact that darwin recanted evolution. there is also no evidence that he accepted christianity or any other religion on his deathbed as it has been reported and mis-reported.

as for Jesus, He did not become an atheist, although as the embodiement of Christ was taken from Him, when He was captured, the human form of Jesus did ask why the Father had forsaken Him, also He prayed that He would not need to suffer or die, even though that was the plan all along.

How could Jesus be an atheist? He is the Son of God.
As for Darwin, he did not recant evolution, it was something else someone tried to do because they knew evolution was so ridiculous.

I like the idea of Jesus being atheist. its something to slap the christians with >:)
