Well, you could make a bigger sign for the door. Or simply say something to him. If you've already done that and it hasn't made a difference, say something to your boss, or start using the male toilet.

What is the difference - nowadays many office buildings among other public places (including hospitals) have bathrooms with male-female signs on them.

Find out if anything is wrong with the men's bathroom first. Maybe something happened to him negatively in his room that he feels he needs to be in the women's, or simply, maybe he has an embarrassing problem and the men's room doesn't have door. Don't assume the worst of people until you find out all the details.

Confront him and ask why is he using the wrong toilet. Tell him to stop and if he doesn't then tell your boss or human resources.

Nothing. I don't think i would care. As long as he goes into the stall and i go into the stall then i really don't have a problem with it. Are you doing secret stuff in there that he can't see or something?
