Well the fact that you're even asking that question is a hint that you're not happy. In that case, the relationship should be ended. Unless you are willing to work it out and go to counseling. But don't just stay with the person just because you have a child together. I guarantee that if there's tension between the two of you, your child senses it. In my experience, when you can't stand being around the other person and you find yourself making excuses to NOT be intimate with the person, it's time to end it.

When you get tired of being sick and tired from being so depressed because they only want to own you; not love you and care about what you are feeling and treat you with courtesey and respect. Baby Daddy or no...if he is crappy to you then he will treat the child like crap or make the child feel like you are crap and tear the poor child apart if he doesn't treat you with the respect that you deserve.
If he is the child's father, legally he owes you a certain percentage of child support regardless of anything else.

When your not in love with them anymore..... It would be better for everyone including the baby, as long as you are all still involved in the child's life.

Cheating is number 1, abuse (physical, emotional, verbal) 2, Neglect (when he's not doing his duties as a parent or as a man is suppose to be with his woman.
If your gut is saying something ain't right...please follow it.
