I have lost a dear friend who got mixed up with the wrong croud. How on earth could you ever prove who gave him the fatal dose??

It probably depends on how good the dead guy's lawyer is but I think the dealer would be legally responsible; that's a Federal thing if I remember right

I have heard the theories of what you've suggested on television, and that i agree.
