in forums there will always be conflicting opinions - its the share of ideas that makes you see how other view things, which in many ways is nice. Sure your going to find those that are here to be silly or disrupted but isn't that just like life. I do find it interesting how some think and how some are rather educated and some not at all. But true a lot of bs no doubt but I look at it as I may get something useful from time to time. and if for no other reason it does make me look at myself a little differently.

Walla - A Real Question!
Friend, the world is in a state of confusion and, when it comes to some subjects, people are patently insane. Not much different here than in the halls of Congress.
One out of five in this country have been arrested. I think the jail rate is something like one in seventy-four! What would be the rate for those who do not have a clue?
Sometimes questions produce varied answers because the person has no idea what they are asking. In life, the answers come easy - once you have the right questions!
Take some sage advice from an old Chinese elder (not me).
If you can,--listen and respond to the person asking the question.
Just the act of framing the question and having feedback may help them to ''better understand themselves".
I believe that there is a lot of crap here, a lot of conflict, and a lot of big egos. Be patient! It would save us all time if people would define their terms.

that's why I like to ask follow up questions, immediately after I ask the first one. So I can show the hypocrisy of SOME on this site. But, yes, most of the time, people just use the space for blogging, not for answers. Sometimes I ask outrageous questions, just to make people laugh, but, alas, most people on here also don't have a sense of humor, or any sense, for that matter.

To weed out the crap answers, you must conduct a class A research on the questions of interest. Make sure you add the findings or you will be considered worthy.
I believe the crap answers are just in it for the points.

Nu uh, Demi Moore was. and she beat up Aragorn before he hooked with the Steven Tylers daughter.
People will alway give a bunch a crap based on urban legend, and hear say. How many e-mails do you get that says, a friend of my Aunt Marry's son's, best friend's dog's previous owner's neighbor's mom said... and goes on to describe some stupid story that is untrue.

There is some crap every where and you will find it if you are looking only for it. I have greatly enjoyed yahoo answers. It is educative and a great past time. Most of all you have a chance to study human mind and how it reacts.

Some level of moderation would help.
My experience in the past - I used to be an "expert" on the late, great Askme.com - was that eventually the real idiots get bored and move along.

It's not BS. Ask a question and you're going to get different answers.

Why are you wasting your time on it then. You secretly love it and can't resist! Now lay off the coffee, and calm down. Looking for something more stuffy? Join another site!
