In addition to Egypt, are there any other movements, such as Iran, where Muslims are ready to deal reasonablly with Israel and agree to live in peace?

Many. Jordan and Israel have been working together on security issues for decades.
Most of the Gulf Arab states have unofficial ties to Israel for trading purposes. Several - such as Quatar and Kuwait - actually have fairly warm relations.
The main problem is that in the Middle East there are many "major players" that are not states. Many of those have large standing armies of their own, immense annual budgets, and a desire to harm others.
Countries such as Iran (which wants to recreate the Persian Empire by taking over some of its neighbours) don't help, because they finance many of the non-country militant groups.

If Egypt is ready to make a treaty with Israel, we are very close to the Tribulation period the Bible talks about. This is a major Biblical prophecy.

what you need too be concerned about is when a man from europe comes and says he will make peace with isreal for a period of 7 years.... by the time that happens many thousands of people were have vanished in a blink of an eye and if you are left behind then God help you!...Cus you will be force too either accept him as the ruler of the new world order or die!... but if you do accept him as ruler of the new world order you will face death twice... once when you die in life and again when you are judged and sent too hell....all who accept the mark of the ruler of the new world order will!

There are a few nations in the middle east who see Israel/Palestinian violence as inconclusive and not going to actually solve anything.
They never liked the Palestinians in the first place - and when the Palestinians demonstrated their inability to govern themselves they lost a lot of support.
