My boyfriend will be 28 in August and I have no idea what to get him. He's really big on gaming, both PC and xbox, but the present doesn't really need to be geared in that direction. I just need some good suggestions!

Dancing lessons. Maybe that will get him away from the PC and xbox, so you two can do something together and have fun.
Or if the gaming doesn't bother you, enter him in a gaming competition.

Find a place that makes video games and buy tour tickets for it. Your boyfriend may get a kick out seeing how his games are made!
You also can't go wrong with gift cards!!!

A shirt or denim jeans (depending on his taste) , especially chosen by a girl friend, is something to treasure. At least, I value such things. On my 28th birthday, my girl friend chose a pair of cuff links for me. (Cuff links were fashionable then) Today, after 42 years, when I am 70 years old, I still wear them occasionally.

If you're not sure about the video games get him a watch or a digital camera. Maybe if he would like a psp, that would be nice.

You should get him something personal that makes him think of you when he looks at it or does anything with it. Figure out what he likes the most, then take that idea and stretch it.
