CHRISTIANS ONLY! (I don't want to offend non-believers) ONLY CHRISTIANS!?
Do you all see the heathens and demons that are running rampant through this website!? How do you get through the day trying to minister in such an evil place!?

I need help to know that my work for God is not in vain! Have you ever won anyone over to Jesus on this website!? Will you all pray with me that the HOLY SPIRIT convicts their hearts that they might know they are sinners and cast out their demons!? If we all band together with the strength of the LORD, we can surely help to cast out these demons and save these souls!

I just find it very odd that these fundies condemn us as being hethens and demons because we choose to not believe as they do. This is one step away from the radicals we read about everyday blowing themselves up. I will say this one more time. NO ONE KNOWS THE ABSOLUTE TRUTH, SO PLEASE STOP ACTING LIKE YOU DO.

suspendor: That's my point. I don't know, just as much as you don't. So, don't tell me about some medeival belief system that has nothing but some old stories to back it up. Agnosticism is the only logical choice here.

Did you ever see Steven King's "Carrie" or read the book?
They are sort of like Carrie's mother. They still believe in demons and supernatural spirits that we are obviously all possessed by--thus the reason we are doing such evil things as Disagreeing with their religion?
Yup, that's right folks, according to the wack job fundies, you don't qualify for being in necessity of the holy spirit because you are murdering, raping, molesting, stealing, etc. You are a demon possessed sinner because you reject their religion.-- They think we hate baby Jesus since they believe they are Jesus' spiritual friends on earth put here to tell you Jesus is the only way-- oh, and that you have to swallow the earth is only 6000 years old and we were being chased by dinosaurs not too long ago.
Does God really think I am demonic because I embrace the only rational explanation--evolution--of the origin of the species?
They are so in touch with the spirits that perhaps they are a bit touched.

There is a "Demon" for just about every ugly human condition there is... I guess yours would be the "Demons" of stupidity and intolerance huh? Even your "Demons" can work hand in hand together. Why is it that even in trying to correct the well meaning often a bit over zealous christian community we lower ourselves and resort to acting JUST LIKE THEM? You can't teach a stupid man how to be smart by being stupid... It just doesn't work babe!

"CHRISTIANS ONLY! (I don't want to offend non-believers) ONLY CHRISTIANS!?"

My question is... Why do you actually WANT to offend anyone?
you're not really all that good at it anyway.

Never use insults to check someone if it is going to make you look twice as bad as they do... It is counterproductive.

If we are to share the "good news" with others, this is not the right way to go about it (if you're serious anyway) As Christians we are called to be Jesus' hands and feet, not judmental and calling people names. We are all human and are not perfect, so we can't know a person's heart by a two second question or comment.
God bless you in your endeavors.

I'm a Christian but I just can't relate to extreme Christians who see demons in everything. It really turns people off! Jesus did not go around calling people heathens. He showed nothing but love, mercy and compassion.

From what I know, not one atheist has spoken of hell, demon and soul in the same sentence. Neither have they mentioned that people are heathens.

So far, the only I see accusing people of such are people like you.

i dont know the absolute truth. i have faith that my teachings are true and i feel a "calling" if you will, to speak here.

i welcome the atheist point of view because it helps me to grow in my faith, when i encounter an issue that i do cannot answer. i refrain from saying "it's in the bible" or "God said it" as the ultimate answer, even though i know that it is.

a discussion can go either way and my intent is not to convince a non-beleiver or even any God-hater to convert themselves. my goal is to further my knowledge of the Lord and if in the course of logical discussion, i can raise the doubts of a non-believer without preaching at them, then all the better.

but their conversion or non-conversion is their business, between them and the Lord, nature, the mother earth, whatever. not my business, unless they ask for help.

Yes, it's chilling! Attitudes like that are beyond disturbing. I can only say, be thankful that (so far) we still have separation of church and state to protect us from such misguided obsession. This little glimpse into the twisted mind of religion makes it easy to see how things like the Inquisition and religious persecution can happen . Anyone who values free thought must fight to maintain separation of church and state.

I agree. This is one small step away from being an extremist. That is the only part that scares me though. Some people need to learn to grow up and quit forcing their beliefs down other people's throats.

People need something to distract them from the thought of nothingness and the depression of actually dealing with their own emotions and feelings. Some people are so delusional they fixate on this kind of thing and completely shut themselves off from humanity.

Make no mistake, these kinds of people are sociopaths, they dont' care about other people's feelings, wants, desires or anything. They don't even see other people as people.

God gave us the ability to think. The constitution gives us the ability to speak freely. Neither you or I were put on this to condemn others. We will all be judged by God for what we did with our lives. I f you do not like what you see here, don't look.
