Children mirror the image they see in front of them from the time they are little,. If you really want to see yourself look at your child. Don't build a relationship of no trust but one of trust. I can walk into my sons room at any time and he will not click down from what he is doing. He will share conversations with me. He has his own computer and my guidelines.

I would say that if you need to check their conversations behind their back, there are bigger problems in your life than trying to figure out how to spy on your child.

If you are seriously worried, though, there are several things you can do. Depending on which chat messenger they use, there are different methods for checking the conversations. If they have Trillian, you can simply sign in to their account and check the history tab at the top. If they have a different program, such as AIM or Yahoo!, there are programs you can find online that record every keystroke made on your computer so that you can read everything they type. This link (http://www.kmint21.com/keylogger/) will provide you with the information you want.

I would say that it would be much more ethical for you to find other methods of communication with your child, though, since if your child discovers this program, they will feel extremely betrayed, and will take even more steps to hide their life from you. Consider carefully before resorting to this extreme.

In addition to the ethical problems, programs like this will record EVERY keystroke you make, including recording your private passwords, financial data, etc, and if your child, or a hacker, were to gain access to this information, it could be disastrous to you. Also, a log of all of that data can slow down your computer in the extreme if you do not regularly clean it out.

Click on the Internet Explorer icon. On the Tool bar you will see a clock with an arrow going in reverse, that is the computer history.Click on that an on the left of the screen a column should come up that says Today click on that and a list of any sites they went to will come up. I think if you click on any item in that column you can see the site. Or type that site in the search and open that way. Good for you you are not as someone answered Hussein, your a caring parent!!!!!!

Well if your really that intrested i would suggest a key stroke logger this will show you everything that they have typed. With this though i would say dont do it unless you really have a reason. Do this only as a last resort you may find information out you dont want to know.

Well if it's on e-mail go into sent messages...on messanger can't unless they save 'em...but you don't want to, they'll be so pissed...violation of privacy to the max...just talk to them, it'll work better for everyone involved. Tell them you're worried about whatever it is and just have a chat. Get your kid to open up, talk about their feelings more than yours...
