Someone recently went and calculated the amount of calories that a person burns from nervous twitching. You know the guy sitting next to you at the theater who's leg is bouncing up and down unconsciously? If he does that all day, he's burning a large enough amount of calories to actually affect his weight. There's no way to make yourself do this, though, if you don't already do it by habit.
Since I'm a martial artist, I would suggest learning a few kung fu stances. Instead of standing with straight legs while doing your chores, go into a stance of some kind to exercise your legs. I only do this when no one else is around...

this isn't an exercise, but still very helpful.... try eating very frequently (appx. every 2 hrs) very small meals, and break this up during the whole day, it keeps your metabolism quite high and it works great for me, keeps me a size 6 with zero exercising muahahhaah!

you want to keep ypur metabolism up? then you should eat al least 6 meals a day of course small quantities and drink at least one galon of water daily trust me it works and if you want to do exercise take at least 45 minutes and do some light aerobics with weights or withot it i recomend you to do jumping jacks, push ups and for the abs crunches, and side to side twisters

im no longer completely certain a thanks to maintain it oil free. only wash it ALOT. attempt the vinegar and lime stuff. yet truly only attempt to maintain your face interior the mild, breath deeply and alot if it feels oily to help it get driers. and tyr to maintain your face from being filled up.
