It's not mentally bad or unhealthy at all. Hell, at least you won't get a std or get pregnant. But it can become a addiction and of course no addiction is good so take it down to once a day, otherwise you'll be addicted you might want to do it in public restrooms and stuff and thats a bit much, don't you think?

But what you must realise is that one generally tries to dream, or get excited watching erotic scenes and indulge in masturbation, which MAY affect love making with your partner, as making love is for a feeling of completeness,bliss ,a Tranquil.Whilst masturbation excites you, making you restless &crave to do it again and again as you just keep satisfying your body/mind and not your heart & soul.

Do you have a man in your life, I am sure a man would like to be the stand in for your masturbation. If this is an option anyway, then try find someone in your life to share your sexual enthusiasm with.
