Try to use proper medical advice and get a proper hair cut, this must atleast avoid the problem.

I don't know much about this subject, but a wig may be making it worse. Have you seen a doctor about it?

As far as the boy goes, I would wait to tell him, unless you feel you two are very close and he wouldn't judge you on this. If you do tell him and he leaves you, he was never worth your time anyhow! He should want to spend time with you for what type of person you are, and how you treat him, NOT because of your hair or appearence.

Look inside of yourself sweetie, what's inside is WHO we are, not what we look like. I know it's tough in a world like this, but if you don't repect yourself and feel good about who you are, people will only treat you badly.

Peace

First of all, 2 or 3 weeks is a short period of time to be revealing information like an illness to a person you're kicking it with. That's the kind of information you save for when the "just kicking it" turns into a "relationship". Once you're in a REAL relationship and you reveal the information about your illness, if that person is really into you, then it won't matter. If that person can't accept it, then you don't need to be with them in the first place. Keep it moving!! Keep your head up. I'm sure you're beautiful with or without hair. You're young, LIVE FOR YOU!!! Enjoy everyday of your life with no regrets.

Sweetheart if this guy leaves you because of your medical problem, he doesn't even deserve to be in the same room with you. You'll have to be honest with him eventually & the sooner, the better. Maybe he'll be supportive about it.

Realize that beauty comes from within, and that we all have flaws. Know that the models you see in photos, their pictures are airbrushed and digitally enhanced until they look perfect....I have stretch marks from being pregnant, does that make me less of a woman?? Nope, absolutely not...nor does the fact that you wear a wig make you less of a beautiful girl...This is a part of you, that you need to accept, you cannot change it. You don't have to like it, but you have to accept it...it's part of you - the beautiful person you are...

I know it's hard, but don't worry about it. I had cancer and was very self-conscious when I was losing my hair. With time I accepted my state and knew to ignore anyone that was turned off by me because of it. If this guy or anyone else has a problem with you not having hair, they're not worth being around.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with wearing wigs, weaves, or any other type of hair supplement. Just be sure to properly treat your scalp. As far as the guy goes, if he can't see past your hair, he don't deserve you! But I am sure it will be fine. Cheer up, things aren't so bad.

I think that it is important to find things you like about yourself and start building a lot of self esteem. Once you have enough confidence you will learn that it really doesn't matter what others think. If you think about it, you have no way of controlling what you have, so you shouldn't let it control you or your feelings. If there is someone that doesn't like you for you, then they are not worthy. So basically, just be yourself and be happy with yourself and you will be glad and enjoy life.

Just be straight with him, You can be beautiful with or with out hair. If he can't accept that then believe me he is not the kind of boy you want to be associating with anyways.
I hope all works out. And keep you head up. You have no reason to have low self esteem. It is, after all, just hair.
