OK... You need to get some self confidence and start worrying about your own distorted self image before you try to meet a romantic partner. You need to learn to love yourself before you can truely love someone else! Good Luck!

Talk to him first, get to know him a little bit, flirt with him. Just kinda let him know you are interested without just blurting out "hey, I like you." Then if he gets the hint, he will ask you out. But, some guys are clueless when it comes to picking up hints. So if that's the case, after you've laid the foundation, then let him know how you feel.

The fact that you are taller than him shouldn't matter at all. And if it does matter to him, then he doesn't know what he's missing.

if it does not matter to you and him do not worry about it.. and being pretty is only skin deep.. i am sure you are pretty, and i do not think that you should say that you are not.. think more highly of yourself...it is what is on the inside that really matters...i have dated a guy shorter than i am... i am 5 7 and i dated one or two that was shorter than i am... but we were basically good friends too.. but look around you at the different couples.. different colors, it does not matter to them.. just as long as you enjoy each other and he is good to you..that is what really matters...i just read that you have not told him how you feel ...well take the chance and tell him...

Tell him and see how he handles it. It just matters if he thinks you are pretty. If he shows any interest, ask him up front if he wants you to avoid wearing high heels around him. Proceed.

Actually, your height and your appearance is up to him to decide whether or not he's attracted to you. Otherwise, ask him out. Don't live life with regrets. Take the chance.

I'm assuming that you're both teens.
If he's a mature man, then you should tell him when you are both alone. He'll probably understand.

If he's immature and only looks for hot girls, then you should probably wait to tell him.

He might like it. When you stand together his face would be closer to the parts he's really interested in.
