The regular free Yahoo e-mail can not be accessed through Outlook Express. You have to have the paid Yahoo Plus in order to access it through Outlook Express.
If you have Yahoo Plus, the servers are:
pop.yahoo.com for the POP3 server
smtp.yahoo.com for the SMTP server

Yahoo doesn't support POP access... can't use Outlook Express, UNLESS you're using a provider that has partnered with Yahoo... Like Rogers.

you need to pay for the POP3 and SMTP server access.
You could try http://gmail.com though. they offer a better email service, with lots of space, and pop3 and smtp servers!

You have to pay for this service... gmail does it for free though.
