*hug* well i'm here for support. email me or IM me if you want to talk more. i lost 40 pounds thus far on a diet that i put myself on. of course exercise is important too...but my source for that is basically dance and walking. plus i'm so active in life that that alone is basically enough. slimfast works wonders as well. also, hon...ignore the mean and cruel people who you will undoubtably meet. or who might even answer this question. you CAN do it and you aren't anything less then beautiful. after all, God made you too, right?

OMG I need to loose 40 pounds.I'm a mother of 4(ya that's right 4)Well my first son died so now three but I've had 4 children anyway I use to be nice and skinny and I refuse to throw away any clothing that I used to fit into becuz I'm determined to loose the weight.I feel so tired,I can hardly clean my own house without feeling exhausted.I tried the gym but quit when I started gaining weight (becuz of the mussel I was gaining)Anyway blah blah blah I would love to help you if you help me too.E-mailme at www.aaasheets@hotmail.com.

Have them work with you on this. Just read it and see it is easier than you thought. It is mostly NOT your fault, if you need to lose weight. The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin.
Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Plus click on "Pure Water" to make sure the water you drink doesn't hurt you. Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.

I hope things work out the way you want them to. One thing you might want to try is Weight Watchers. In addition to the diet guidance I believe they are also built as a support group. You might find a lot of what you are looking for there. Good luck.

The more you work out the better you'll feel about yourself. I always say pilates, because you WILL see results in ten days. I'm not kidding. You'll feel better, you'll improve daily, and you won't feel like a failure because it's really fail-proof if you stick with it.

1) Drink daily a cup of worm lemon water at morning on empty stomach.
2)Avoid oily and deep fried food.

A FEW THINGS TO REMEMBER:
The correct way to burn fat and stay healthy is to burn more calories than you consume
You need to make sure you are eating healthy foods while still excercising
If you have a big appetite drink plenty of water so that you will feel full but not consume calories
But you should always eat
If you start to skip meals you will only be more hungry at your next meal and probably eat way too much
Remember, the average persons stomach is as big as a slice of pizza scrunched up into a ball
So you shouldnt be putting more food into your stomach than what fits
Also, it takes aproximately 15-20 minutes for your brain to realize that you are full
so eat slower and you will realize sooner when you are not hungry anymore

im 17 and i weigh 200 plb and I know how hard it is but i think the ost important thing after excersize and eating write is to make sure u have peopel around u that love you
