There are quite a few nationwide, but Johnson & Wales (http://www.jwu.edu/) and the Culinary Institute of America (http://www.ciachef.edu/) are two of the finest.

C.I.A. is on of the best. My boyfriend's brother went there. It's a lot of hard work though! Make sure to get lot's of experience...
